In my experience, I had had braces when I was younger, in high school. And it was great results, were good, but over time I had some shifting and some crowding that was really just making me a little bit more uncomfortable. Not a lot of people might have noticed it, but for me, it was making me a little self conscious. As you can see, it's not that bad. It was a little bit crowded and it was something I noticed all the time. I would see it when I looked in the mirror and now I just don't even have to think about it.
