Get An Evaluation

Get an on-site evaluation by our professional staff. If you are a good candidate for Express Your Smile, they will take photographs and digital impressions of your teeth.

Get Your Aligners

Our partner laboratory will send you a set of trial aligners to ensure your aligners will fit precisely. The aligners are BPA-free, smooth, and comfortable.

Get Your Plan

Working with an experienced orthodontist, our partner laboratory will develop a fully-customized treatment plan for you using 10 upper and 10 lower aligners to improve your smile.

Celebrate

Once you have completed using all of the aligners, and are pleased with the results, it is time to show off that smile and celebrate.

Why We Got Started

Express Your Smile was the brainchild of orthodontist Dr. Barry Rosenberg. Dr. Rosenberg has completed thousands of cases of aligner therapy and has lectured across the United States to dental professionals on this subject.

Dr. Rosenberg was looking for a solution to lower the cost and time commitment required for minor tooth movement.

He had observed many cases every day in his private practice and wanted to help more people with this common problem. He decided that the answer was to take the treatment out of the office and into the patient's home. By doing so, he is able to lower the cost and make the treatment more convenient.

Express Your Smile may be covered by orthodontic insurance. Although we do not work directly with your insurance company, we can provide the necessary paperwork you need to submit a claim.

Can Express Your Smile treat all orthodontic problems?

Express Your Smile is ideal for mildly crooked or spaced teeth. This can be the result of natural shifting with age or, in the instance of people with prior orthodontic treatment, shifting due to not wearing retainers. The Express Your Smile system can improve the alignment of the teeth in these situations. Complex orthodontic problems are better served by a more comprehensive treatment plan in a traditional office setting.
