Rosenberg Orthodontics - Celebrate West Hartford Event Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participation in the "Celebrate West Hartford" event giveaway by Rosenberg Orthodontics is open to all attendees of the event who are residents of the United States and aged 18 years or older. Employees of Rosenberg Orthodontics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize: One lucky winner will receive one free orthodontic treatment, as determined by Rosenberg Orthodontics Staff. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Entry: To enter the giveaway, attendees must visit the Rosenberg Orthodontics booth at the "Celebrate West Hartford" event and schedule an appointment with Rosenberg Orthodontics staff. Only attendees who schedule appointments at the event will receive a raffle entry for the prize.

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled with Rosenberg Orthodontics staff during the "Celebrate West Hartford" event to be eligible for the giveaway. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee winning the prize.

Special Pricing Offer: Winners must call Rosenberg Orthodontics during the month of June (deadline July 1st, 2024) following the event to claim their prize and receive a special pricing offer. To redeem the special pricing offer, winners must provide a photo of the voucher received at the event or present the voucher during their appointment.

Cannot Combine Other Offers: The special pricing offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions provided by Rosenberg Orthodontics.

Winner Selection: The winner of the free orthodontic treatment will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the "Celebrate West Hartford" event. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of appointment scheduling.

Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, winners grant Rosenberg Orthodontics the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release: By participating, entrants release Rosenberg Orthodontics, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

General Conditions: Rosenberg Orthodontics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. The decision of Rosenberg Orthodontics regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.
